Unterschwaningen

Unterschwaningen is a flatland paragliding site in Germany flown by winch tow rather than a mountain launch, sitting at around 481 m and best suited to northeast or southwest wind. Flatland winch sites like this one are a mainstay of German paragliding away from the Alps — they let pilots log airtime and stay current without a mountain nearby, and they are commonly used for training tows as well as free flights once airborne.
