Galgenberg

Galgenberg is a German paragliding site at about 395 m, launching on a north-south wind window, and it's a shared-use field: model aircraft pilots fly here too, and whoever arrives first — paraglider or model flyer — is expected to coordinate with the other group before flying starts. Landing is at the dedicated Galgenberg Landeplatz. There's a genuine seasonal closure to plan around: flying operations stop from 1 April through 30 June each year to protect nesting birds, so this is not a spring option.
