This launch is used for supervised training flights, but only for students who already have flying experience from other sites — at least 30 logged altitude flights — and only when wind conditions allow a genuinely safe takeoff; a flight instructor is posted at both launch and landing, radio contact is compulsory, and the landing field is flown to directly. Every pilot needs a briefing before their first flight here. The landing field is small and weekend traffic is heavy, so it's best to fly only when a safe, direct approach is realistic.
