Schleppgelände Offenbach

Schleppgelände Offenbach is a flatland paragliding site in Germany flown by winch tow, sitting at around 150 m and flying in north or south wind. There's a real hazard to plan around here: wind turbines stand near the field, and the operating rules require pilots to keep a predetermined circuit pattern and landing sequence at least roughly 500 m clear of them at all times — this isn't a suggestion, it's written into how flight operations must run at the site.
