Flugplatz Oberems is a winch-tow paragliding site set on an active airfield in Hesse, Germany, at around 339 m, working southeast or northwest wind. Because it's a shared airfield rather than a dedicated paragliding field, there's a hard access rule: pilots may only step onto the field with a working radio switched on, so they can be coordinated with whatever else is using the airspace and ground that day. Parking is in the forest lot just after turning off the L3450, before the barrier — a short walk from there onto the field itself.
