Where it is
Tocinos Park is a local flying site at 275 m in Spain, on the Costa Blanca, and works specifically with wind from the northwest. To reach it by car, drive up toward Puig Llorenca; right after the first viewpoint and the bend that follows, there's a park entrance on the right, with parking available in a fenced field just inside. Landing takes place below takeoff, among orchards on the lower ground, which makes it a scenic but working agricultural landscape rather than an open field. That comes with a courtesy that matters here: when leaving after landing, don't walk into the small orchards bordering the landing area, since they're private cultivated land next to the flying zone. It's a straightforward, single-direction local site, best suited to a northwest-wind day close to home rather than a big cross-country outing.

Check conditions before you fly
A forecast for the valley is not a forecast for the launch. Before heading to Tocinos Park, read the wind and thermals for the site itself, confirm the day's rules with the local club, and remember the standing rule — when in doubt, don't launch. In the free OutDare app you can open Tocinos Park with a 7-day forecast built from high-resolution weather models, see who else has been flying, and get there with offline maps.
