Bärenfalle Startplatz

Bärenfalle launches from 1,140 m in Germany, facing north, and uses the Alpsee Skizirkus landing field. This is a lift-served site run through a local flight school, and every pilot — visitor or regular — needs a briefing before flying here. Flying is only permitted during the resort's normal lift operating hours, 8:30 to 16:30, and information boards at the site mark out the permitted flight route. One hard rule applies on the approach: the B308 road just south of the landing field must be crossed at a minimum height of 150 meters, no exceptions. Because access is tied to lift hours and a mandatory briefing, this isn't a site to show up at cold — check in with the school first.
