Börry am Hellberg

Börry am Hellberg is a paragliding site in Germany, launching in southeast, south or southwest wind at around 200 m. Guest flying is limited rather than open-access: pilots register and pay through an online booking platform before flying, rather than showing up and paying on-site. The lift band here is genuinely narrow, and hang gliders are active and regular users of the site — when a hang glider is airborne, only up to three paragliders may share the lift band at the same time, a real capacity limit worth knowing before you queue up to launch on a busy day. Radio coordination matters too: pilots use PMR channel 7/29 to communicate in the air, which is worth having set on your radio before you launch given the mixed-traffic, limited-lift-band setup.
