Kapf/Paradies

Kapf/Paradies is a German paragliding site at about 997 m, with a wind window from southeast through south to southwest. It's set up as a training site: flight operations run only between 1 October and 30 April, by arrangement with a local flying school, which directs and supervises flying here rather than the site operating as a free-for-all launch. That structure makes it a solid, supervised option for pilots working toward or just past their licence, though it's not somewhere to expect to fly on your own outside the school's arranged sessions. Overflying nearby wildlife refuge areas should be avoided, a small habit that keeps the site's wildlife undisturbed. Landing is at the dedicated Kapf/Paradies Landeplatz.
