Move Burnair flights to OutDare
The SkyViz third-party guide describes an IGC download for a Burnair flight. Check Burnair’s app, as the steps may differ.
Export your flights
A flight in Burnair
- Open the menu, then Flightbook.
- Choose Burnair Map App or Burnair Go App.
- Open the flight and choose IGC.
Import into OutDare
- Open OutDare, then Record > My flights > ↓ Import flights.
- Tap “Choose files” and select your IGC, GPX, FIT or ZIP files, many at once. Or tap “Choose a folder (from your vario)” and select the whole flight folder.
- Review the selection, then import the selected flights.
On the review screen, new flights are ticked. Flights already in your logbook are marked and left out. Importing a track for an existing XContest stats-only entry adds that track.
Before you import
- These are third-party instructions, not verified Burnair help. Steps may differ; check Burnair’s app. For export availability or bulk options, check its own help.
- Folder import: up to 2,000 files, 50 MB per file and 500 MB total.
- OutDare does not read KML. Converting KML or GPX to IGC does not create a valid G-record, so XContest will not score those conversions. Import GPX directly into OutDare instead. XContest FAQ
- Imported tracks get 3D replay and join your logbook, records and passport.
Your imported flights stay private
Imported flights stay private until you choose to share them. A new flight is never more public than your Activity setting.
