Move your flights to OutDare
Bring your paragliding logbook with you. Choose your app or vario below, export your flights, then review them in OutDare before importing.
What OutDare imports
- IGC, GPX and FIT: select many files at once with “Choose files”.
- ZIP archives of those files, at any folder depth, including one nested ZIP.
- A whole folder with “Choose a folder (from your vario)”.
- XContest: connect your username for public-season stats only, without GPS tracks.
Folder import: up to 2,000 files, 50 MB per file and 500 MB total.
OutDare does not read KML. Converting KML or GPX to IGC does not create a valid G-record, so XContest will not score those conversions. Import GPX directly into OutDare instead. XContest FAQ
Your imported flights stay private
Imported flights stay private until you choose to share them. A new flight is never more public than your Activity setting.
Coming from…?
XCTrack → OutDare
XCTrack on Android: share one track, or use the files in its Tracklogs folder for a bulk import.
Flyskyhy → OutDare
Flyskyhy on iOS stores flight logs as .igc files. Its App Store listing also mentions KML; choose IGC for OutDare.
SeeYou Navigator / SeeYou Cloud → OutDare
SeeYou Navigator and SeeYou Cloud let you download an individual flight as IGC.
Burnair → OutDare
The SkyViz third-party guide describes an IGC download for a Burnair flight. Check Burnair’s app, as the steps may differ.
XContest → OutDare
No export is needed for public-season stats: connect your XContest username in OutDare. To bring a GPS track, use the flight’s IGC file.
Skytraxx / USB vario → OutDare
Skytraxx 2.1 keeps IGC files in a USB-accessible flight folder. For other varios, copy IGC using the device or its PC software.
Strava / Garmin Connect → OutDare
Strava offers Export Original (often FIT), Export GPX and an emailed ZIP archive. Garmin’s third-party instructions describe FIT and a ZIP data export.
