Buchberg

Buchberg is a flight-school training slope near Tegernsee, Germany, at around 750 metres, flyable from north, northeast or northwest. Flying here runs by appointment through the local school rather than being open access, so it's a site to arrange in advance rather than show up at. Two safety rules are built into how the hill operates: flying stops the moment crosswind brings turbulence risk, and training flights only happen when the weather is genuinely suitable for students, not just flyable in a technical sense.
